What membership includes
- Building Approval Leads: a weekly email (usually Monday) listing building approvals recorded on the NSW Planning Portal in the areas and trades you choose.
- Grants Tracker: a weekly email (usually Monday) listing open NSW and federal grants that appear to suit the business details you give us, with deadline reminders.
- AI Visibility Check: a full report within 2 business days of signing up, then a re-check each month.
What we can't promise
- We pass on public information as it's published. Government records can be incomplete, late or wrong, so check the official source before relying on it.
- We don't guarantee you'll win work, receive a grant, or be recommended by any AI tool.
- Grant summaries are general information, not financial, legal or grant-writing advice. Eligibility is always decided by the funding body.
- We're not affiliated with the NSW Government, any council, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or Anthropic.
Using the building leads
Approval records are public, but the people behind them are real. Use the leads only to offer your own services, and don't resell, share or republish them. If you contact property owners, do it politely and lawfully:
- Letterbox notes are the simplest, lowest-pressure option.
- Door-knocking: weekdays 9am–6pm and Saturdays 9am–5pm only, never on Sundays or public holidays. Give your name, your business and why you're visiting; leave straight away if asked and don't return within 30 days; never knock where there's a "Do Not Knock" sign. Any job agreed at the door must be in writing, with a 10-business-day cooling-off period (Australian Consumer Law).
- Phone, email or SMS: follow the Do Not Call Register rules and the Spam Act, and only use contact details you obtained lawfully.
- Never suggest you're from a council or the government, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
We can suspend a membership that misuses the leads.
